My online sessions are for individuals who want to process and explore thoughts they want to change. Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly for 50 minutes.

· Individual Therapy Intake (75 min): Starting at $215

· Individual Therapy (50 min): Starting at $175

Florida Therapy Fees

· Individual Therapy Intake (75 min): Starting at $190

· Individual Therapy (50 min): Starting at $150

Holistic Healing Fees

Holistic healing services are for those looking for additional support through integrative wellness practices such as yoga, sound healing, breathwork, and energy healing. These are available as add-ons or standalone sessions.

·       Private Yoga, Breathwork, or Sound Healing Session (50 min): $150

·       Private Yoga, Breathwork, or Sound Healing Session (30 min): $75

·       Holistic Healing Retainer: Starting at $500/month

·       All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted for payment. Payment is due at the beginning of each session.
